Return all forms and checks (made out to Accelerated Cure Project) to

To donate on line using a secure credit-card website:

• Visit the Accelerated Cure Project web site
• Click on the "Contribute" button at the top of the screen to access the Contribute page.
• Click on the "Click Here to Donate" button (about half-way down the page)
• Enter the donation amount
• In the "Designation" field enter just "Concert", or "Concert" plus the name of the singer you'd like to sponsor
